DESCRIPTION
Special Purpose (SP) doors are a non-timber door. They are manufactured on a fully welded aluminium chassis and clad in 4.5mm ABS plastic sheeting both sides. They are used in commercial laundries, kitchens, laboratories etc, where the presence of timber represents a risk of rot, water intrusion or a harbour for bacteria.

SPECIAL ORDERS

Doors can be supplied with aluminium and glass Vision Panels, these panels allow for options such as internal blinds, tinting etc
FIRE RATING

NOT-SUITABLE for fire rated application at this time
SMOKE RATING

Commonly used for smoke rated doors where the seal kit is the rated component, not the door or frame
DOOR FRAME PROFILES

Welded aluminium box section chassis produces a door that is stronger and lighter than a normal timber door.
